A response to Marina Hyde’s Guardian opinion piece – ‘As the US descends into chaos, what better time for Britain to go the same way?’
Once again our reactionary over socialised comrades over at The Guardian have served up another stagnant and regressive assessment of the current political landscape. The anodyne analysis of Marina Hyde is typical of the out of touch journalist class still ‘working’ in the lethargic legacy media. In between her articles shilling for Big Pharma’s latest assortment of chemical cocktails she turns her myopic vision to make an endless series of assumptions and accusations of people she has never met and clearly has no inclination to ever truly understand.
The piece is intended as a low key attack on what she deems to be a threat to the Korporate Kapos waning cultural hegemony. Initially she makes the false ‘assessment’ that somehow ‘Fox News’ is the reason for Trumps’ rise to power. This is a typical instinct of those who are simply incapable of self reflection as this might bring about the ‘shocking’ realisation that the reason people voted for Trump was due to the smug and ignorant attitudes of people like herself.
Through her misconceived assumption she makes the logic leap to therefore shrilly raises the alarm of the forth coming Murdoch funded ‘GB News’ and how this is going to pollute the minds of the ‘ignorant’ populous. In regards to the ignorant, Marina clearly hasn’t been observing FOX News’ viewing figures plunging into the abyss at an accelerated rate or looked at the rapidly diminishing public trust in the legacy media.
In reality these arcane institutions such as FOX News and the fore-coming GB News are irrelevant relics just like The Guardian. Does she seriously think there is a hungry market in the UK that is aching to tune in to see cantankerous blowhard Andrew Neil spout his establishment talking points? Give me a break. Andrew Neils’ election fraud denialism gave an unequivocal signal of both his integrity and where his alliances lie, certainly not with The People and certainly not with The Truth.
As with all those stuck in the old paradigm, high on their own supply of cosy conformity they completely fail to see the cultural and political landscape completely changing beneath their feet, maybe they will realise as they are clearing their desk and walking away with a cardboard box. The only purpose of The Guardian at this point seems to be keeping the closed minded millennial mid wits assured of their own perceived intellectual and moral superiority.
The relics of the past and reality deniers fail to realise that the way people consume news and information is about to change forever. Soon no one will ever again believe anything the legacy media reports. Soon no one will ever again trust anything they see from Big Tech platforms and their so called ‘fact checkers’.
The People yearn for the free flow of information, for authenticity, and for Truth. They will no longer submit to celebrities, media talking heads, Big Tech companies, or “journalists” telling us what to believe, what to think, and what reality is. The asteroid of Truth is incoming and nothing can stop it, many of the dinosaurs are still yet unaware of their fate but many can sense it in their bones. The days of the smug inner city “elites” dictating “facts” to us like a parent scolding a child is soon to be over. Forever.
